OPEN CASTING CALL FOR WEB SERIES PILOT!

Lebira Films, Inc. is currently casting a pilot for the new web series, The Rubicon Directive. TRD is a unique action/thriller series poised to make an impact in the growing online entertainment market. The pilot will be heavily promoted through various online distribution channels to raise awareness and achieve maximum exposure.

Story:
Unfulfilled with his mediocre existence, mid-level programmer, Graham Morris jumps at the chance for adventure, and a huge payday, when he’s offered a dangerous and unethical opportunity. His greed leads him to make a series of poor choices, which quickly thrust him into the center of a devastating conspiracy that will change the world forever.

Character Breakdowns:

Graham Morris – Male. 30s/40s. Any Ethnicity.
A mid level programmer for a major defense contractor. He’s played it safe his entire life, leaving him unfulfilled and dissatisfied with his mediocre existence. When he’s presented with a risky opportunity for excitement and money, he jumps at the chance with reckless abandon.

Renker – Male. 30s/40s. Any Ethnicity.
A mysterious figure shrouded in secrecy. He takes drastic measures to ensure that his identity and true motives remain unknown. He offers Graham a life-changing opportunity and tries to warn him when he strays down the wrong path.

Amanda Morris – Female. 30s. Any Ethnicity.
Graham’s wife. An elementary school teacher. She’s four months pregnant with their first child after several failed attempts. All she’s ever wanted was a family of her own and a simple life.

Carver – Female. 30s/40s. Any Ethnicity.
A killer-for-hire who looks more like a librarian or a soccer mom. This is part of what makes her such an effective weapon. Specializing in information extraction, and close range kills, she derives a twisted measure of enjoyment from her work.

Security Guard – Male. 20s – 40s. Any Ethnicity.
An average guy just trying to get through his shift.

Compensation:
All cast members will receive IMDB credit, and a professional dvd of the pilot, as well as meals, drinks and snacks on shooting days. This is a great opportunity for the right actors to showcase their talents to a worldwide audience. All actors who appear in the pilot will have guaranteed roles in the full series.
